Select Brick, Cast Stone, Stone, and Stucco
If you haven't already, now is the time to focus on the exterior materials for your home. The best way to make this selection is simply get in your car and write down addresses of the material that you want on your home. This must be selected quickly because of the delay in receiving materials from vendors and quarries.

Select and Order Appliances
A member of our staff or your selected designer will take you to our appliance vendor to select your appliances. There you will select all the appliances that we have on the plans.

Select and Order Front Door and Front Door Hardware
A member of our design team or your selected designer will meet with the homeowner and the front door supplier to select hardware and door style and material. We recommend that you take pictures of front doors that you like to make this process easier.

Select and Order Plumbing Fixtures
A member of our staff or your selected designer will take you to Ferguson Enterprises in the Design District of Dallas to select all plumbing fixtures prior to pouring the foundation.

Set Forms
During the period of the above selections we will be setting the forms of the home. Forms – is the outline of the foundation of the home. This will show where the foundation is so that the plumber can start.
