Framing
The framer will begin the framing of the home.

 

Install Exterior Doors
All exterior doors to be delivered and installed. This is for security purposes. The exterior doors must be installed prior to bricking.

 

Install Windows
Deliver windows for the framer to install.

 

Install Front Door Jam
Deliver Iron or Wood front door jam to be installed during framing stage.

 

Install Fireboxes
Fireplaces will be supplied by Isokern. These are masonry fireplaces.

 

Install Roof
Our roofer will install the roof that the homeowner has chosen.
