HVAC Installation
At this time they will install the Heat, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systerms.

 

Plumbing Top Out
The plumber will run all the PVC vent stacks up through the roof.

 

Install Vents
Install all the vents for cooktop, bathroom exhaust fans, and dryers.

 

Set Tubs and Valves
The plumber will install all the valves and tubs that you have selected. There no plumbing changes after this stage of construction.

 

Electrical Walk
Stephenson Custom Homes, along with the homeowner, will walk the entire home with the electrician to place all the electrical where the homeowner chooses.

 

Install Gas
The plumber will install all the gas outlets. This will include the cooktop, dryer, fireplaces, lights, HVAC, outdoor living and any other gas accessories.

 

Install Fire Sprinkler System
In some cities, the code requires that you have fire sprinklers installed.

 

Security Rough and Central Vacuum Rough
Once all the electrical and HVAC has been installed, Stephenson Custom Homes will install the security system and central vacuum.

 

Surround Sound and Data Rough
Audio Video Unplugged will come in and install the surround sound and all the data lines for your in-home networking.

 

Brick, Stucco, or Stone
This is when the exterior of the home starts to take shape. Stephenson Custom Homes will install the material that is specified on the plan.

 

Polyseal
The insulation company will come in and poly seal the entire house so that it reaches the maximum energy efficiency.

 

Insulation
Stephenson Custom Homes uses a wet, blown-in rock wool that is proven to have a high energy efficient rating of 15.

 

Sheetrock
Stephenson Custom Homes will install sheetrock that is nailed and screwed to the studs.
